I am officially a Cat Champion!
Back in January, I signed up to help Cats Protection by committing to a sponsored walk of 50 miles in February. I set a target of £150 and set to work to see how much I could raise. My local Cats Protection branch in Sutton, Kingston and District were super and promoted me on their social media and my Facebook friends on my community cat group, Kingston and Elmbridge Cat Owners, were so supportive that I doubled my target and raised £300!
I broke the walk down into daily walks as I was so busy with cat sitting bookings due to the February holidays - I was very proud when I achieved my goal.
It’s great to know that small things that we can do can really help!
