We highly recommend Helen. We have an indoor cat and I was very anxious about leaving her for a week as she is easily stressed and is used to a lot of attention from us. We decided against using a cattery as it’s a lot of upheaval for her and wanted her to stay in her own territory where she would feel most comfortable. From the first introductory visit, Helen put me at ease. The online portal set up for us to provide all cat and property information was easy to use and enabled me to capture our cat's routines and instructions. Whilst away we were sent updates/videos/photos on every visit. Our cat wasn’t too friendly on the first visit but after a few days, she became best of friends with Helen and was purring and chatting away. The updates, care and attention that Helen provided enabled us to enjoy our holiday without worry and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Helen’s services again.

We are so grateful for Helen. Our previous cat sitter let us down with one of our cats and to find a new cat sitter was really stressful. Bootsie loved her from the first minute and started to engage in play and endearing kisses straight away. Helen must have spent years on the study of our beloved feline companions. Her business forms part of a UK larger franchise organisation which runs with state-of-the-art information and guidelines in cat health, happiness, motivation and of course illness. I am delighted that Helen is running the Wirral branch and is available for Bootsie. Cats deserve the best. They are playful and hilarious companions but they are also daring and extremely courageous, just like police dogs they deserve the best. None of my friends or family could look after my Bootsie like Helen. Helen is an invaluable asset to this national franchise The Cat Butler.

From the very start we found Helen to be kind, and caring and were put at ease by the excellent communication throughout the initial process. Probably like so many we were nervous leaving our beloved Chester with someone else. But from day one to the very last day we were kept updated with pictures, videos and messages. We felt so relieved from the start and we were able to relax, looking forward to the daily updates, she never missed a single day - sometimes keeping us updated twice a day.

Helen is an absolute credit to ‘The Cat Butler’ team! Our cats have been quite poorly recently and Helen has been our hero in allowing us a much needed holiday whilst ensuring our cats are well looked after and given their medication. At late notice, Helen extended the care for our boys by a further 3 days due to travel disruption and was a huge pressure taken away from us knowing the boys were sorted. Helen treats our cats like her own and it was clear to see from pictures and videos that they did not miss us. Oscar and Otto were very happy and comfortable with Helen, some of the attention we do not get ourselves at home and we cannot thank her enough for her due diligence, work ethic and expert cat sitting qualities. We know that our babies are in safe hands with Helen. The biggest thank you ever from the bottom of our hearts, we are so happy we have found you. We have used Helen from The Cat Butler several times and will continue to do so. Helen looks after our boys brilliantly and the boys love their Auntie Helen to the point where we are pretty sure they do not miss us whilst we are away. Helen is very responsive and always goes above and beyond for us, we are so happy to have found her knowing the boys are safe in their own home and being well cared for. Our boys are not your usual healthy cats, they require inhalers and steroids multiple times a day and nothing is ever too much. Helen is trustworthy, super reliable and dedicated to her job.
