My cat normally goes to a cattery when we're away but they were fully booked on this occasion. I came across The Cat Butler on a Google search when looking for a different cattery and I'm so glad I did! Helen (The Cat Butler Wallasey) was incredibly professional and friendly. I got thorough photo and video updates every day which I really appreciated and enjoyed seeing. Our cat was definitely happier being in his own home as opposed to a cattery. Will definitely use The Cat Butler again. Thank you for a great service.

What a great find Helen (a.k.a. The Cat Butler) was. Our 3 cats were looked after so well, you could tell Helen was a cat person from the second the cats met her, there was so much trust. Helen sent us video updates each day we were away and also ensured the house was safe and secure. We are so grateful to Helen, or auntie Helen as the fur babies know her now. We had to go abroad at short notice for a family emergency and Helen was able to step in with only 3 days notice. She came for the client visit and showed a lot of professionalism. It felt strange as it was our first time leaving our 3 cats behind (usually a family member would stay with them) . But we were quickly reassured when we received lovely videos, photos and updates after each visit. It's difficult to describe how much Helen's presence made our time away less stressful.
