Clare was excellent. I’d previously used a highly rated cat sitter from Cat in a Flat for my wedding day and mini-moon who barely stayed 10 minutes and made me really hesitant about booking another cat sitter. I found Clare and made her aware of all my worries. She was really reassuring and understanding.
Clare was really thorough at getting all the right information from me beforehand ie cat feeding schedule, home security info and my cats liked her at the meet and greet so I had high hopes. Clare stayed more than 30 mins per visit, sometimes up to an hour and kept my cats fed, watered, played with and cool in the hot weather. She went above and beyond and I could tell from the photos and videos she sent that my cats enjoyed her company. I’m already looking at booking more holidays knowing I can safely leave my cats with Clare again!
