Reviews from our customers in Tetbury
Caroline - Owner of Mimi & Della
Alexandra is just a wonderful, kind, caring lady who loves cats and they love her! She diligently looked after my two girls and my house whilst I was away and was very thorough understanding their needs etc and providing lots of lovely updates. I returned and everything was very clean and tidy and mail gathered and bins put away. Highly recommend.
Charlotte - Owner of Loki
Ally and The Cat Butler service have been nothing but exceptional since my first enquiry through to having Ally look after our cat. Ally’s communication and level of service is second to none. The daily updates, photos, videos and messaging provided all the reassurance I needed! Ally is an incredibly kind and thoughtful lady. We can’t wait to use her service again the next time we go away.
Jacqui - Owner of Tuki & Gunnar
Tuki and Gunnar were wonderfully looked after by Ally for several days. She is professional and caring and the daily video/photo check ins were a delight. Both informative (I have a naughty boy cat !) and reassuring.
Great communication from start to finish, I highly recommend Ally’s services and will not hesitate to book her again.
Catherine - Owner of Wilma
I'm so delighted to have found The Cat Butler! A fantastic service, we received regular detailed updates whilst we were away. Alexandra followed our instructions we'd left for her exactly and was able to spend quality time with our cat, which was fantastic.
From the very first meeting, Alexandra gave us the reassurance and peace of mind that our cat would be very well cared for. The attention to detail and level of care provided is the best I've experienced. The whole experience from start to finish is extremely professional and friendly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexandra, The Cat Butler. I certainly wouldn't consider using anyone else. Thank you Alexandra, Cat Butler team, you're amazing!
