When our previous cat sitter retired we were very concerned whether we could find a suitable trusted replacement to take care of our precious fur babies. Luckily for us I noticed that Rachel had started a The Cat Butler franchise in our area. The structure and security of the Cat Butler model appealed and we invited Rachel round for an introduction.
From the outset we were reassured by Rachel’s professional and friendly manner and soon appointed her as guardian to our boys for our holiday. Whilst we were away it was obvious from the numerous daily photos and videos that she had been quickly adopted as a spare human and treat giver by our more outgoing (tarty) cat and our more nervous (loyal) cat was won over soon after by Rachel’s patient use of play with a selection of his many many toys.
From that point we could relax and really enjoy our holiday, looking forward to the daily updates on waking each morning. We were very happy with the service and will definitely be booking Rachel for our next trip.

Rachel kept in touch every day with pictures of our cats, watered our plants, took our cats to their vet appointment and switched our lights around (and plenty more which I can’t remember due to jet lag). Rachel from the Tamworth branch is absolutely amazing with our Kiki. She is really attentive to her and gives her lots of fuss and pets when she comes over. We always get lovely pics and Rachel is so helpful and sends us updates with Kiki and pictures of the house to show us it’s all safe. Could not recommend Rachel enough!! We went away for a week and were so worried about leaving our girls until we met Rachel. She came around a few weeks before we left to meet the girls, and a connection was formed immediately with them both (the little one is usually very anxious of strangers).
We received daily updates along with photos to show our girls were being well looked after and clearly were not missing us. Rachel even went out of her way to get some more cat food as the little munchkins ate more than we expected to which we are extremely grateful.
Would absolutely use this service again in a heartbeat to know our little girls are well looked after if we were to ever go away again. Thank you, Rachel.
