Had a phone call first to book in my boys in advance, then she came to meet them and spent time with each of them. Asking lots of questions, the portal was easy to use also. Was lovely getting pictures, videos and messages each day of the holiday to know how they were getting on. Felt completely at ease and knew they were in safe hands.
