We have two indoor cats and had never used a cat sitter before Alex, Ferndown, Dorset. We would thoroughly recommend her services. We were required to leave details of our cats on a portal, which Alex had clearly studied, evidenced by her bespoke service. She cared meticulously for our cats and sent video updates, not only of our cats, but of the security of our home.
Our cats, usually wary of strangers, were comfortable in her presence. It helped that she previously visited us as an introduction to get to know us and our cats. Incredibly reliable, personal and professional. Alex provided an outstanding service. We can now confidently go away again, knowing that our cats, and the security of our property, are safe in Alex's very capable hands.

We'd booked a last minute holiday and my frantic efforts to find a suitable cattery for our adorable Charlie were failing. Then, I clicked onto a 'Cat Butler' service in my locality showing an image of Alex and her profile. Alex was 'heaven sent' and ticked all boxes......trustworthy, practical, caring and very thoughtful.
Alex did exactly what she'd promised to do whilst we were away, showing us on a daily basis, via videos and photos. Charlie 's routine didn't change and feel, as a result he looked very relaxed, his purring was very audible! Alex gave us 'peace of mind' which is priceless. We are so pleased that the local catteries were full, as, thanks to Alex, we have had such a positive experience and would now advocate the 'Cat Butler' service in future.
