It was the first time that I'd left my cats with anyone and I was very anxious over one of my cats, D.C. From the very first phone call with Tamsin I knew I was making a good decision as I was put at ease and felt more comfortable with it. Then came a home visit to meet the cats and go through their routine, expectations, location of things etc. Again I knew I was making the right choice but still a little anxious which Tamsin could see and reassured me they would be fine (which of course they were).
All week I received lots of amazing pictures and updates. I felt more relaxed and knew they were safe and looked after. Tamsin is great, I can't recommend or praise her enough. Nothing was too much trouble and the cats loved her. I definitely will be using her again in the future. Thank you so much Tamsin, from me D.C, Jaks and Loki.

We honestly couldn’t have chosen anyone better than Tamsin to look after our girls. From the initial meet and greet, she was absolutely lovely, took the time to get to know both of our cats and gave us lots of really helpful advice, which immediately put our minds at ease. She completed three drop-in visits for us and was amazing throughout. Our girls absolutely loved her, and we received plenty of photos and videos from each visit, which was so reassuring while we were away.
It was clear how much genuine care and attention she gave them, and knowing they were in such good hands meant we could properly relax without worrying. We really couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for them. We don’t have family that can help us with this nearby so this fantastic service enabled us to take a break without having to worry. Tamsin did an incredible job. Our cats took to her straight away, even the shy Lena who often chooses to stay under the bed. She sent us regular video and photo updates which really helped put our minds at rest while we were away.
As well as looking after the cats by feeding, playing with and grooming them and sorting the litter tray, Tamsin even took care of things like watering plants, opening and closing curtains & was so kind as to even do the washing up, bless her!
