I have to admit I was a little nervous about leaving Tabs for a whole week as I had never left him for this long before. Made more complicated by the fact that he is now on daily medication. However, I really didn't have anything to worry about.
Rebecca was brilliant with him, right from the pre visit beforehand. We received daily updates/photos/videos and it was reassuring to know that the house was ok too. It is clear that Rebecca is a real cat person and she seemed to work Tabs and his little quirks out pretty quickly! Everything in the house was left clean and tidy too.
We can't thank Rebecca enough and will definitely be using The Cat Butler again in the future.

Rachel was absolutely fabulous with our new and nervous rescue cat Meadow. She had only been with us a month and was still quite nervous and getting used to us but she was so at ease with Rachel. We loved receiving daily videos and pictures of her playing she looked so happy! We even extended our holiday by an extra day and Rachel was so accommodating and happy to help!
Honestly couldn’t recommend Rachel enough, she took time to get to know Meadow and followed the routine to the letter. Will definitely be a regular customer! Also we came home to a lovely little note and some treats for Meadow which was just a lovely touch!

We had the pleasure of Rachel looking after our Betty while recently away for 8 days. From first contact we had the peace of mind that we were leaving Betty in safe hands. The care and attention to detail for everything Betty would need while we were away was exceptional.
Daily messages with lots of photos and videos of Betty playing and interacting with Rachel were lovely to see and Betty was obviously a very happy and content puss with her new best friend. Above and beyond the care of Betty, our home was always left secure with extra services of picking up the post and putting out the bins.
We highly recommend Rachel and the Cat Butler service, we have already made another booking for later in the year and we will always welcome Rachel into our home as Betty’s family.

She was very well looked after, and the daily photos and videos were really reassuring , also knowing that our home was ok whilst we were away.
I couldn't believe how comfortable my cat was with Rachel, she is usually quite timid if she doesn’t know you, but she really enjoyed cuddles off Rachel. I would highly recommend and will be booking again. Thank you so much!
