Ishrat - Owner of Peeno, Tutu & Teefa
I honestly can’t recommend Bridgitte from The Cat Butler enough! From the very beginning, Bridgitte made me feel completely at ease. Before I went away, she came to my house to introduce herself, which I really appreciated. It felt very personal, and she took the time to familiarise herself with all three of my cats and get to know them. From the moment I left until the day I came home, Bridgitte kept in regular contact with me and sent me lovely pictures and updates. Knowing how happy and settled my cats were gave me such peace of mind and meant I could actually enjoy my time away without constantly worrying about them.
She went above and beyond in so many ways. She played with the cats and spent plenty of time with them in the house, cleaned their litter trays, kept the house tidy, put the bins out and brought my post in. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. One of my cats, Tutu, is an extremely fussy eater, and Bridgitte went out of her way to buy him something different when he wasn't eating his usual food. Thankfully, he loved it and ate well! That really showed me how attentive and caring she was.
I came home to three happy cats, a clean and tidy house, and the reassurance that they had been well looked after while I was away. Bridgitte was reliable, caring, thoughtful and clearly loves what she does. I felt completely stress-free knowing she was looking after my cats, and that peace of mind is absolutely priceless. Thank you so much, Bridgitte, for taking such wonderful care of my three cats and my home. We will definitely be using you again!
