Made such a difference knowing our cat was well looked after while we were away. We had an initial meeting with Bridgitte to discuss how everything would work a few weeks before we first went away, and felt in such good hands.
We got twice-daily updates, all of which included photos and/or videos to show us how things were going. We're especially impressed as our cat is probably best described as "a bit hissy" at times, so it was good to know that she was doing OK. It was also a massive comfort to know that our cat would continue being looked after in the event anything happened to delay us on our return journey. Will absolutely be using Bridgitte again in future when we're away!
