We cannot recommend Charlotte, the Cat Butler highly enough. She was absolutely outstanding in every way. From the very start, she put us completely at ease and took the time to learn all about our two indoor Ragdoll cats, Stanley and Patrick.
Charlotte went above and beyond to understand their individual personalities and needs, especially Stanley, who can be very territorial and anxious. Charlotte handled him with such calmness, patience, and confidence - and after just a few days, she even won him around, which we never thought possible. Patrick has a new best friend in Charlotte, he adored her and groomed her daily. Knowing our boys were in such safe, capable hands was an enormous relief and allowed us to enjoy our holiday. The daily updates from Charlotte were an absolute joy to read - funny, thoughtful, and they captured the boys’ personalities spot on. On top of the wonderful care she gave our cats, Charlotte kept our home spotless, fresh, and beautifully looked after. Coming home to relaxed cats and a tidy house was such a gift.
What a relief it was to have found Charlotte. We are so very happy to use her services again and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone. She is a gem, and we honestly couldn’t imagine anyone better. Thank you Charlotte!

Sharon, our local Cat Butler, was recommended to us by another cat owner and she exceeded all our expectations. We had to be away all day and Sharon looked after our very spoilt boy Yogi Bear and sent photos and videos of her time with him. It was great that she came beforehand to familiarise herself with our house and meet Yogi.

Sharon from The Cat Butler looked after our 3 cats for 5 days whilst we were away on holiday. The whole experience was great! Communication when arranging the visits was quick and clear, and the online system made it easy to make sure all the necessary information needed was noted and available for the sitter.
Sharon came for an initial visit to meet the cats and go over feeding, litter trays, access etc. She also kindly offered to water any plants, take out bins etc. which was an added bonus.
Whilst we were away we received lovely videos and messages about the cats and the house and updates on how everything was going. The cats seemed to get on great with Sharon, even our 'problematic' cat seemed very comfortable!
Everything went smoothly and we returned to a tidy house and calm cats. We would definitely use the Cat Butler again, particularly Sharon who was great.

Sharon was amazing with our cat Poppy - she was well-loved and cared for. Poppy quickly got used to Sharon and enjoyed her company when she visited.
