We couldn’t be more pleased with Sharon’s care for our cats. From the start, she was incredibly reliable, providing detailed updates after every visit, which really put our minds at ease while we were away. She went above and beyond, leaving the house spotless—bin changed, surfaces cleared, and no food bowls left behind etc. It was such a pleasant surprise to return to a perfectly tidy home.

Sharon took excellent care of our cats, and it was clear she genuinely cared for them, which helped us relax knowing they were in good hands. We had a couple of requests, like bringing in a parcel and checking something for us, and she did them with no issues at all. When we were uncertain about our flight being delayed, it was comforting to know we could ask Sharon to come for an additional visit if needed.

One of our biggest concerns was that our indoor cats might get out, but Sharon kept reassuring us in her updates that they were safely inside, which was so appreciated. Our cats are our babies, and we hate leaving them, so knowing they were safe and well cared for gave us great peace of mind.

We were looking for a permanent sitter who could form a bond with our cats, and someone who was reliable who we knew we could count on and we’ve definitely found that in Sharon. We can’t thank her enough for her amazing care and dedication. We’ve found a sitter for life, and we’re so grateful for everything she did

We nervously hired Sharon, when we went away, knowing our cats don't get on too well, and the youngest was a bit skittish. But from the moment Sharon arrived to assess our needs, we felt very confident! Sharon kept in touch with us daily with photos and stories of them both, and over the 10 days, they not only got to know and love her but also began to tolerate each other better too!

Sharon spent time with them playing and talking to them, and we knew we could call for an update any time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sharon and The Cat Butler service. It's been a revelation!!

P.S. In a cattery where dogs can be heard and cats are caged, we knew it would be stressful - But not only did The Cat Butler work out cost-effective, but our two stayed in their own home with access to the garden at all times. Purrrrfect!
